Shipping Information

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During high-volume periods (holidays, special promotions), processing may take an additional 1-2 days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Returns & Refunds

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Meera's Mantra products! If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unopened and in original packaging
  • Return request must be initiated within 30 days of delivery
  • Proof of purchase required

Note: Due to the nature of topical products and for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened items. However, if you have any concerns about a product, please contact us.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. We'll provide you with a return shipping label
  4. Ship the item back within 7 days
  5. Refund processed within 5-7 business days of receipt

Refund Method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after we receive your return.

Damaged or Defective Items

We carefully package all orders to prevent damage during shipping. However, if your order arrives damaged or you receive a defective product, we'll make it right.

If your order arrives damaged:

  • 1.Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • 2.Include photos of the damaged packaging and product
  • 3.We'll send a replacement at no additional cost
